PADI Rescue Diver Course

Become the Scuba Diver that everyone trusts.

Every diver remembers the moment they fell in love with the underwater world. But there comes a point when it’s not just about exploring — it’s about being prepared, being calm under pressure, and knowing how to help when it matters most.

That’s what the PADI Rescue Diver Course is all about.

Take the Leap From Diver to Leader

If you’re already an Advanced Open Water diver, the next step isn’t just deeper dives — it’s deeper awareness.

The Rescue Diver Course transforms how you dive. It sharpens your ability to identify risks, respond to problems, and care for other divers. You’ll learn to stay composed during real-life scenarios — whether it’s dealing with a panicked buddy, managing a missing diver, or providing assistance on the surface.

It’s intense. It’s empowering. And most divers say it’s the most rewarding course they’ve ever taken.

What You’ll Learn

This course isn’t about memorizing theory — it’s about action and response.

Key Topics Include:

  • Self-rescue techniques
  • Recognizing and managing stress in others
  • Responding to diver emergencies
  • Search patterns for missing divers
  • In-water rescue and egress
  • Surface assists and rescue breaths

You’ll practice both confined water skills (at Plunge Dive Club’s indoor pool in Ortigas) and open water rescue scenarios in Anilao — giving you practical training in real-world settings.

  • A diver at the surface isn’t responsive.
  • Your group loses visual on someone mid-dive.

Would you know what to do?

The Rescue course trains you to be the diver who is mentally prepared and can respond to difficult and sometimes life-saving situations — the one who takes charge and helps save lives.

Take Responsibility. Be the Diver Others Count On.

Becoming a Rescue Diver isn’t just about learning techniques — it’s about taking responsibility. It’s about being part of a dive community where safety and leadership matter.

Enroll in the PADI Rescue Diver Course and step into the role every dive team needs — the calm, skilled, and reliable diver.
